Webinar: apsware omniview for Automic
Added value for all Automic experts and IT departments that rely on Automic processes
How often have you despaired over the legibility and quality of documentation for your Automic workflows? Do you constantly have to explain Automic jobs or entire Automic workflows to non-Automic users? Everybody needs good job documentation, but nobody has time to create and maintain it.
For analysis and visualization purposes, Automic itself provides:
- No perfect representation of job chains in charts
- No standardized documentation of the jobs
-
No way to recognize and understand dependencies and complex structures
-
No complete display of hierarchies, external dependencies, and hidden dependencies that are commonly coded in scripts
apsware omniview for Automic puts an end to all these deficiencies and delivers
Automated documentation with the following attributes
- Always. Up-to-date.
- Consistent. Combination of graphics and text – standardized and easy to understand.
- Complete and correct. No manual interaction – nothing is missing or omitted.
- Ad-hoc. Whenever needed, for definitions and activities.
- Event-based. In the event of changes or errors.
- Scheduled. Daily, weekly, monthly – according to your audit specifications
Detailed insights to understand your Automic workflows
- Visualization. Flowcharts, Gantt charts – the perfect visualization for every situation.
- Complete. Display of hierarchies, external dependencies and hidden dependencies coded in scripts.
- Definitions and activities. From the definition to the activity to the history – all information is available.
- Online & Offline. Definitions can be retrieved online from Automic or offline from XML export files.
- UC4 V6 – Automic V24. Data compatibility – All versions are supported.
