Business Users can access these queries via a secure and easy to use web interface, without requiring any SQL or database knowledge.

“easyQuery” is a way to provide additional information outside the functionality of the APS Advisor “Business Service Monitoring for Control-M” component for IT Experts and Business Users alike and therefore complements the functionality of the Business Services Monitoring without the requirement to maintain or license an additional tool. “easyQuery” is included with the license for APS Advisor “Business Service Monitoring for Control-M”.
